"I forgot my name", is a film that uses animation to confront the reality of the loss of self that occurs with Alzheimer's and dementia. The main character is an elderly woman who becomes lost in her own home.

An endless field of white stretches in all directions, as a lone figure steps forward. With this first step he spawns a city. All around him his metropolis erupts, surrounding and engulfing him. Panicked, he loses control of the very existence he has created.
